Pardise Pre's't Wilford Woodruff. Dear Brother Yours of the 9 inst to hand. In reply. If there is not any thing that transpires between now and the time appointed, I will try and fulfill the call. Regarding the subject of voting by our people at the pending election in our State we will say that the course you instruct us to pursue is what we have been carrying out for the past two or three months and will continue to do so. Our Conference takes place Sunday and Monday 17 & 18 inst. and if you will kindly inform us who of the Brethren are coming to visit us and when we shall be waiting for them at Market Lake. Our mails are still very deficient hence will you inform us concerning this soon as convenient so that we may not fail to be at the depot on time, I remain Your Brother in the Gospel T E Ricks
