I signed 27 Recommends I received 14 Letters
I have No water in my new Artesian Wells
I drove one 1 1/2 inch pipe 130 feet No water was left in
the ground we then drove a 2 inch pipe

Mt. Pleasant, Utah, Wilford Woodruff, Salt Lake City, Dear Brother, Your letter under date of sept. 11th came duly to hand, at the present time it would be impossible for me to so arrange my affairs that I could leave them in so short a time. I have talked the matter over with my Bishop and explained my situation to him.
