Jane Butler Washington

Jane Butler Washington (1699-1729) was born 24 Dec. 1699 in Westmoreland Co., Virginia, British Colonial America. She was the daughter of Caleb Butler and Mary Foxall. She married Augustine Washington on 20 Apr. 1715, and they had four children. She died 24 Nov. 1729 and was buried in Latanes, Westmoreland Co., Virginia, British Colonial America She was one of the eminent women for whom Wilford Woodruff initiated proxy temple ordinance work in Aug. 1877.
