Robert C. Petty
abt. 1812-1856
Robert C. Petty (abt. 1812-1856) was born about 1812 in Dickson Co., Tennessee. He was the son of Thomas Petty. He married Margaret Jefferson; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized 4 Apr. 1844. He was a sheriff in Benton Co., Tennessee in 1836 who was taught the Gospel by Wilford Woodruff. He died in Feb. 1856.
