June 30, 1844 ~ Sunday

^30th^ Met persuant to adjournment was addressed in
the forenoon by Professor Orson Pratt, who took
away all the objections of the world against new
revelation. The meeting was addressed in the
afternoon by Elder L. Wight, who showed the
principle of the immortality of the body as well as
the soul & also the principle of charity, running it
into Baptism for the dead.

Elder W. Woodruff Preached in the evening from
the words of Jesus saying "ye are my friends if
ye do whatsoever I command you. [John 15:14] The house
was full through the day and evening and much
instruction was given through the day and
evening and during the whole conference by
those that spoke.
